Kingstowne Striders hosts 3 runs per week:  a Tuesday evening run at 6:30PM starting at the Green Turtle Restaurant in the Hilltop Shopping Center at the intersection of Beulah Road and Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA, a Thursday evening run at 6:30PM starting at Panera Bread in the Kingstowne Shopping Center in KIngstowne, VA, and a Saturday morning run starting at various places in Southern Fairfax County, VA.

The organization of the runs is ad hoc.  Generally "regular" who is familiar with the routes will take the lead.  The route, distance, and pace are agreed upon before the run.  Usually there are multiple pace groups including a walking group.

We also have 3 social events during the year:  a summer picnic, a holiday party which is also the annual membership meeting, and the Marine Corps Marathon Adopt-a-Mile program.

Striders is 501(c)3 organization through our membership in RRCA.
