Group Runs

Kingstowne Striders currently hosts 3 runs per week:  

The organization of the weekly runs is ad hoc.  Generally, a "regular" who is familiar with the routes will take the lead.  The route, distance, and pace are agreed upon before the run, but there may be multiple groups running different paces or distances. 

Please bring whatever you might need for the run (water, nutrition, etc.). If it is dark out that also means lights and reflective gear.
